* Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues related to desktop, laptop and Rack & tower servers
* Installation of Operation system, MS Office and other software
* Experience in networking and issue fixing
* Skills in data management
* Logical thinking and coding of small applications
* Maintenance of the software applications for the Group of Schools
