Job Overview
As a Senior Project Manager Deployment, you will lead the deployment lifecycle of our enterprise SaaS products including SFA, DMS, and Loyalty Solutions. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal development teams, implementing JIRA & Scrum-based processes, and ensuring timely and seamless go-lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deployment Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end deployment of SaaS products (SFA, DMS, Loyalty Platforms) across multiple clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure successful implementation tailored to their business processes.
- Coordinate and plan deployment timelines, data migration, user onboarding, and UAT phases.
- Agile Project Management
- Set up and manage JIRA boards for every deployment project.
- Implement Scrum ceremonies sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track and report sprint progress and blockers; ensure on-time delivery of sprints.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as a bridge between developers, testers, UI/UX, and client-side SPOCs.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across teams.
- Conduct daily stand-up calls and weekly progress reviews with internal and client teams.
- Client Interaction & Reporting
- Engage directly with clients for requirement gathering, weekly updates, and change request management.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and escalation matrices.
- Handle scope creep, effort estimation, and impact analysis for change requests.
- Quality & Risk Management
- Monitor and manage risks related to deployment timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure system functionality, UAT success, and issue resolution pre-go-live.
- Documentation & Handover
- Maintain deployment trackers, project documentation, SOPs, and post-deployment handover reports.
- Train internal/external users as required for SFA, Loyalty, and DMS applications.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in managing SaaS deployments preferably in CRM, SFA, DMS, or Loyalty domains.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Scrum, and Agile project management.
- Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Excellent client-facing, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science
- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Project Management, or related domain (preferred)
