JOB PROFILE
GI Projects specializes in executing interior works across various sectors, including airports, metro stations, railways, offices, education, healthcare, and retail. The company excels in creating and renovating office spaces, functional public infrastructure, data centres, retail spaces, healthcare settings, and auditoriums.
Operating through a network of sales personnel and a dedicated team of project solution experts, GI Projects is strategically spread across seven branches in four zones, with its headquarters in Mumbai. The company offers both design-and-build and build-only services, along with the aggregation of labor, materials, and project management.
Job Description:
1. Billed Sales & Order Booking - Segment wise achievement of business plan - Ensuring conversion of enquiries to orders to meet business objectives as per ABP
2. Working Capital Management - Customer Outstanding - Working with internal & external stakeholders for Working Capital control
3. Business Development - New Business development & relationship Building for Key Accounts/New Accounts/Architects/PMC - Promoting integrated offering & generate business for other LOBs and BU of Godrej
4. Key Account Management - Managing Enquiries / Tenders - Collecting market information, information on competitor activities
5. Customer Satisfaction - Achieving and improving customer satisfaction levels on an ongoing basis
6. Realizations - Competition Analysis - MIS & Feedback
