    Job Title: Backend Executive - Client Communication Specialist
    Location: Work from Home
    Experience: 2-5 Years
    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Executive with strong expertise in handling client escalations and professional email correspondence. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, a knack for prompt response handling, and the ability to manage backend operations efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and respond to client escalations via email in a timely and professional manner.
    • Draft grammatically correct, clear, and concise emails.
    • Ensure zero delays in communication and maintain high standards of turnaround time (TAT).
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively and efficiently.
    • Maintain proper records of all correspondence and actions taken.
    • Use CRM tools and internal systems to update communication logs and track issue resolution.
    • Assist the operations and support teams by providing backend support documentation and communication insights.

     

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent written communication and email drafting skills.
    • Proven ability to handle client communication under pressure with a calm and professional tone.
    • Strong grammar and business writing skills no spelling or grammatical errors.
    • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple queries/escalations at once.
    • Ability to maintain a positive tone even in difficult conversations.
    • Proficiency with tools like Outlook, Gmail, Excel, and CRM platforms.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Communications, Business Administration, or related fields).
    • Prior experience in backend operations or client-facing email support roles.
