From processing paddy to marketing rice brands to exporting rice, MAPL is doing it all. And gaining tremendous respect from both Trade and Consumers.

    As they continue to expand, they are currently seeking sales professionals, and after reviewing your profile, we believe you could be an excellent fit for Production manager role.

    We are looking for who have experience in Rice mill / oil / FMCG experience.

    This role involves:

    1. Planning: Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
    2. Tracking: Track production costs, labor, and raw materials.
    3. Adjusting: Adjust production processes to improve efficiency.
    4. Cost effective: Make production cost efficient.
    5. Maintenance: Organize the repair of any damaged equipment.
    6. Coordinating: Coordinate activities between production and with the management.
    7. Ensuring safety: Maintain a safe environment for workers
    8. Leadership: Command over all factory supervisors & report to management
