Vice President - HR @ Demand Solution

Job Description

• Person will be looking entire gamut activity of HR / IR / Administration 
• Core Accountabilities Ensure development and implementation of systems for manpower planning, recruitment and induction. Identification of training needs and facilitating training to promote competency.
• Review HR Policies periodically & monitor their implementation. Review PMS periodically & monitor their implementation.
• Reduce employee cost through organization restructuring and productivity improvement.
• Maintain harmonious relationship with Labour Unions and conduct Productivity Linked Wage Settlements to contain wage bill.
• Effectively manage contract Labour employment practices. Organize efforts towards handling of legal cases related to employees and safeguard company's interests.
• Important Accountabilities Maintain effective liaison with Labour & Factory Inspectorate, District Administration, and local public at large.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and factory premises/ Plant
• Organize employee related sports, cultural and welfare activities.
• Handling Large Scale Plant / Township / School / Hospital Management
• Handling Team of 50 + Department Team
• Person Must Know / Understand Kannada Language  & Age not more then 52 Yrs
• Must Having Master Degree like MSW / MLW / PGIRPM / MPM / MMS (2 Yrs Full Time)
