Job Description
Position: Business Analyst
Location: Gandhinagar, GJ
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding of requirements.
- Support the design of technical solution recommendations based on business needs.
- Collaborate with technology teams to document functional specifications and support Service Level Agreement (SLA) discussions.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Technical Leads, functional managers, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for new processes.
- Have Exposure in Enterprise Development, Application Development, Product Development
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: BE or B.Tech (specialization in Computers, Electronics & Communication, or IT), MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science or IT.
- Total Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.
- Certification: Professional Business Analysis certification is preferred.
- Relevant Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large-scale e-Governance, ICT, or Urban projects.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business process modelling and functional documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
