Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for solar EPC projects, including lead generation, client relationship management, and proposal development.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Business Development in the Solar Industry.
  • Strong understanding of Client Relationship Management principles.
  • Proven track record of developing effective techno-commercial solutions for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical information effectively.
