Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


HR Strategy & Market Research


  • Conduct research on compensation trends, industry benchmarks, and HR best practices.
  • Provide insights on talent acquisition strategies and retention programs based on market trends.

Employer Branding:


  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Strengthen Qylis presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms through HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer brand communication.
  • Represent the organization in HR forums, industry events, and professional networks to enhance employer visibility.

Employee Engagement:


  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to measure employee satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and act as a bridge between employees and management.

Employee Relations:


  • Handle salary negotiations, performance reviews, and compensation discussions.
  • Mediate conflicts and resolve employee grievances in alignment with company policies.

Performance Management & Compliance:


  • Drive the performance appraisal process and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in setting up performance metrics and career development plans for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements:


  • Experience: 4-7 years in HR with a focus on employer branding, engagement, administration, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, compliance, and market research.
  • Must have third-party certifications or demonstrable experience in employer branding, employee engagement, negotiations, office administration, performance management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HR tools, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
