Job Description
Salesforce Senior Developer responsible for the following:. As a Salesforce Senior Developer, your primary responsibility is to manage and maintain the Salesforce environment. This involves configuring Salesforce and designing, coding, optimizing custom solutions to meet business needs. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other applications. Security and compliance are critical, so youll configure access controls, monitor for threats, and enforce best practices. Additionally, youll provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, resolve user queries and enhance end-usersexperience with Salesforce applications. Ensuring data integrity by defining data models, implementing rules and automation as needed, managing updates and enhancements are also part of your role. Accurate documentation and staying informed about Salesforce features and trends are essential for success. Potential Role Title: Salesforce Senior Developer. SFIA Essential Skills:. Incident Management USUP level 4- Release and DeploymentRELM level 3- Knowledge Management KNOW level 3- Application Support ASUP level 4- Customer Service Support CSMG level 3- Programming/Software Development PROG Level 3- Technical and Personal Skills:. 7+ yearshands-on Salesforce development experience with Salesforce Apex, Visual Force, LWC, Aura, Flows, Platform events, Custom Objects, Salesforce APIs, and Forcecom. Strong experience with Service, Sales and Experience Cloud. Demonstrated strong experience completing custom development solutions in Salesforce Lightning Apex, LWC, AURA as well as out of the box Salesforce configurations. Strong understanding of integration concepts and experience in developing integrations between Salesforce and third-party platform using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs. Experience working in a DevSecOps environment utilising Git and CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Experience working in an ITIL environment. Demonstrated exceptional customer service, verbal/written communication and collaboration skills with a variety of stakeholders with varying technical expertise. Experience working independently and proactively whilst demonstrating imClientcable risk identification/mitigation and time management skills. Proven ability to write quality, fit-for-purpose documentation including, but not limited to KB articles, technical designs, release notes. A desire, passion, and tenacity to set a personal vision and truly make a difference in the work you do with your colleagues. You enjoy a challenge and draw energy from solving problems. Aptitude and passion for expanding your expertise as needed by a role and demonstrated self-commitment to maintaining your knowledge of emerging technologies, standards, and frameworks. Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices. Desired Skills:. Salesforce Developer I, Salesforce Developer II, Platform App Builder certifications highly regarded. Knowledge of common programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript/TypeScript, jQuery, Next.js, React, Vue, Angular, Web Services, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON. Knowledge of microservices architecture and API strategy development. Experience working in scaled agile framework (SAFe) environments. Experience working with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Job Classification
