Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • PaaS (B2B) Sales Leadership Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for platform-based B2B products, including prospecting, conversion, and long-term account growth across India.
  • Sales & Execution Strategy Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on pipeline development, lead nurturing, conversion metrics, and revenue milestones.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Lead GTM strategy for new product launches and expansions, working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Marketing Strategy & Alignment Collaborate with the marketing team to design high-impact campaigns, thought leadership content, and engagement programs that support sales goals.
  • OKRs & Sales Operations Define and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs); set up sales processes, KPIs, and dashboards for performance tracking and data-driven decisions.
  • Product Training & Awareness Develop internal enablement programs and external client education initiatives to ensure product clarity, adoption, and value delivery.
  • Thought Leadership & Brand Building Be a spokesperson for the company; represent the brand at industry events, drive PR initiatives, and support brand visibility through strategic content.
  • Team Leadership & Development Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team; build a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
