Job Title: Chat Process Executive
Job Location: Kolkata
Salary: 12,000 to 18,000 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring Chat Process Executives to join our dynamic customer support team in Kolkata. As a Chat Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing support through chat-based communication platforms. This is a non-voice, back-end support role suitable for candidates with strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via live chat to resolve queries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Meet quality and productivity standards in chat handling

• Work collaboratively with team members and report issues to team leads or supervisors when necessary

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum HS (Higher Secondary) pass

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Skills Required:

  • Good written and reading skills in English

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations
