Job Description

Job description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and cold calling. The role focuses on driving new business opportunities through outreach efforts, utilizing tools such as email and LinkedIn for prospecting and lead qualification. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and engaging with potential clients to increase sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:
    • Prospect and identify new sales leads through outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
    • Qualify leads based on company criteria and ensure they are aligned with the company's target market.
  • Cold Calling & Meeting Scheduling:
    • Initiate cold calls to potential clients to introduce company services and schedule meetings.
    • Successfully book meetings with key decision-makers and nurture relationships to ensure a smooth sales pipeline.
  • Outreach & Communication Channels:
    • Engage with prospects via multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
    • Create customized outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn to build interest and engagement.
  • Lead Generation & Campaign Management:
    • Utilize lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.) to identify potential leads and gather necessary contact information.
    • Manage email campaigns to nurture prospects, follow up, and drive lead conversion.
  • CRM Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the company's CRM system .

  • Location: WFH (For the right result oriented candidate) or Hybrid or Office
