Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
Maintain and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, etc.).
Manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Support HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
Coordinate training and development programs as required.
Maintain HR databases and prepare reports..
Qualifications
Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills (recruitment, PF & ESI), Payroll )
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ( Hindi & English)
Ability to work efficiently on-site in Kochi
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the retail industry is a plus
