Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in analytical thinking, proficiency in various data analytics tools, and the ability to lead and guide team members in data analytics projects. If you have a passion for working on end-to-end data projects, collaborating with clients, and transforming raw data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize analytical thinking to approach complex business problems.
- Proficient in tools such as Power BI, SSRS, Azure Synapse Analytics, T-SQL, Python with PySpark or Pandas, SSIS, and SSAS.
- Guide and mentor team members in data analytics projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to work on end-to-end data projects, from raw data transformation to presenting insights.
- Work on Notebooks (Python) to transform raw data in Synapse using Apache Spark.
- Create and optimize stored procedures, showcasing expertise in handling complex SQL Joins and relationships.
- Manage existing SSIS and SSAS projects while also demonstrating the ability to create new ones.
- Create User Stories, Features, or Epics in Azure DevOps based on business needs and work on them accordingly.
- Interact effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular project updates.
- Develop measures in Power BI and SSAS, creating interactive and insightful reports in Power BI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in BCA Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. Computers, B.Sc Computers
- Master s degree in MS/M.Sc(Science) Computers, MCA Computers, M.Tech Computers
- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience
