Job Description

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the IT industry within the Indore region.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.

- Understand clients' IT needs and offer tailored solutions and services.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and stay ahead of the competition.

- Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- Provide accurate reports and analysis to the management to demonstrate the effectiveness of sales efforts.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions.

**Qualifications:**

- 2 years of experience in IT sales.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of IT products and services.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field is preferred.
