Role & responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Full Stack Development Trainer (Python) to deliver hands-on training sessions to students and fresh graduates. You will be responsible for simplifying complex coding concepts, guiding students through real-world projects, and helping them build a solid portfolio to enter the job market confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions covering Full Stack Web Development (Python stack)
- Teach both frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) and backend (Python, Django/Flask, REST APIs)
- Guide students through live coding exercises, projects, and capstone assignments
- Break down complex programming concepts into simple, digestible lessons
- Provide continuous feedback, conduct assessments, and evaluate student progress
- Maintain high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and learner engagement throughout the training
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies
- Mentor students on resume building, interview preparation, and portfolio development
Preferred candidate profile
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django/Flask, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Exposure to frontend libraries/frameworks (React.js/Angular)
- Good understanding of database systems MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB
- Experience in building and deploying full-stack web applications
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students from non-technical backgrounds
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience as a Trainer/Instructor is preferred
- Exposure to DevOps, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a bonus
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
- Graduates from Computer Science or IT background preferred
- Must be available for in-person training at our Hyderabad center
