Location: Hyderabad (Onsite only and NO remote)

Develop interpersonal skills with employees across the board and talk to them regularly and address any issues / concerns etc.
Employee Orientation and Recordkeeping.
Employee On-boarding process along with maintaining necessary compliances.
Follow up with employees on their Benefits enrollment and make sure they don't miss enrolling.
Before inputting resource on Payroll, collect all documents and then complete onboarding on Paychex.
Monitor Background checks that are in process on daily basis and coordinate to get clearances from BG check company ASAP along with informing the status to hiring manager at client location.
Sending new hire employee information to relevant team along with updating W2 & 1099 employee list.
Leave management by sending information to payroll a week before they submit PR.
Educating employees on the benefits we offer including taking advantage of discounts available on PR portal for discounts.
Review & execute contracts (Prime vendor and or sub-contracting) and send all the countersigned documents including agreement, SOW / PO, Exhibit A, form W9 and COI to admin and relevant team.
Make sure to send correct 1099 agreement with form W9 and send back countersigned with all the details to PR, along with adding performance clause for contractors.
Coordinate issues with States, if any
Extend help to immigration team as & when needed.
Reverification of I-9 in coordination with immigration team as well follow-up with resources if any not available with immigration team.
Company-wide facilitation and participation in organizing events etc.
Sending weekly HR status report to Reporting ManagerBachelors degree in HR or relevant stream.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge of SHRM and Certification Preferred.
Experience with US company will be an added advantage.
