Job Description
-
Financial Data Monitoring: Gather, track, and analyze financial data, including revenues, expenses, liabilities, etc.
-
Financial Reporting: Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement) in compliance with Ind AS.

Audit Support: Respond to queries from statutory and internal auditors, ensuring timely delivery of required information.

Taxation & Planning:

Calculate and plan for Advance Tax.

Prepare and finalize Tax Audit reports.
-

CMA & Budgeting: Prepare CMA data and manage budgeting processes.
-
Tax Filing: Ensure timely filing of Company ITR and other statutory forms as required.

Accounting Discrepancies: Identify, monitor, and report accounting discrepancies.

Reconciliation & Analysis: Perform 26AS reconciliation, analyze financial trends, and suggest improvements.

Month-End & Year-End Closures: Manage the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy.

Management Reporting: Prepare financial reports and presentations for management meetings.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure strict adherence to legal and industry standards.

Proven work experience as a Chartered Accountant or in a similar role.

Strong working knowledge of Ind AS.

In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures and accounting regulations.

Excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle confidential financial data.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced skills in Excel.

Familiarity with Infor-SUN Systems software is highly preferred.
-
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
-
A proactive approach, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Accounting & Finance: Strong command over financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Infor-SUN Systems, MS Excel, and other accounting software.

Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies and improve processes.

Communication Skills: Ability to prepare and present financial information clearly to senior management and stakeholders.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
