Job Description

The PPC Incharge is responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling the production processes to ensure timely delivery of products. The role requires coordination with various departments including purchase, production, stores, and quality to optimize efficiency and meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on customer orders, forecast, and resource availability.
Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to the plan and take corrective actions when needed.
Coordinate with procurement for raw material planning and availability.
Maintain and update production records, job cards, and other documentation.
Analyze capacity and workload to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
