Job Description

The Export Documentation Executive is responsible for managing all documentation related to international shipments, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth export operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and legality of the company's export activities.

Documentation Preparation: Prepare and verify all export-related documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export licenses.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all documentation complies with international trade laws, customs regulations, and specific country requirements.
Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal departments (such as sales, finance, and logistics) to coordinate shipment details and resolve any issues.
Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or discrepancies.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
Customer Communication: Communicate with international clients regarding shipment schedules, documentation requirements, and provide necessary support.
Continuous Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing procedures to streamline export documentation processes and improve operational efficiency.
