Job Description

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals with 14 years of experience who have a flair for sales and relationship building. This position plays a key role in improving customer retention and upsell by working closely with our channel partners and their teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands customer issues and can drive sales through strong relationships and structured partner support.


  • Responsible for growth of the following for assigned partners / process
  • Training & support for partners & their team on how to improve renewals & upsell
  • Acquire detailed product knowledge and ability to give detailed product demo
  • Execute the sales promotion activities for the assigned area
  • Daily reporting of performance parameters

Skill Sets / Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer service, partner/channel management or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural flair for sales and relationship building.
  • Basic understanding of small/medium business needs is a plus.

This role does not involve regular travel, candidates should be open to occasional travel if require.
