Detailed Job Description:

Qualifications & Experience

*Diploma / Graduate (Electrical /Electronics / Mechanical/ Similar) with relevant experience min 5+ experience

*Experience in Electrode Production (Calendaring / Mixing / Slitting) is preferred

Roles & responsibilities:

*Must have production operation experience, preferably in Calendaring or Mixing or Slitting operation with Automation from the leading Battery / Rubber / Chemical / Food processing / OEM / Tier 1 Companies.

*Looks after complete production, troubleshooting & problem solving, must be capable to address the critical issues and ensure the continuous production

Essential Skills required

* Problem solving skill / PFMEA / Control Plan / PPAP/ Shop floor management /People Management

* Knowledge on ISO 9001, IATF 16949
