We're Hiring!
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Shift: 4 PM to 1 AM and 8 PM to 5 AM IST (15-day rotational)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Open Positions:
- US Tax Specialist - 5
- General Ledger Accountant - 5
- Payroll Accounting Specialist - 5
Are you a finance pro passionate about precision, compliance, and cross-border collaboration? Were looking for talented individuals ready to dive into U.S. Tax, General Ledger Accounting, and Payroll processes.
What Youll Do
US Tax Specialist:
Handle U.S. federal, state, and city tax filings
Prepare reconciliations for tax-related accounts
Create tax filing workpapers
General Ledger Accountant:
End-to-end GL accounting, including month/quarter/year-end close
Process accruals, amortization, allocations, reclass entries
Reconcile accounts and resolve aged open items
Payroll Accounting Specialist:
Process monthly payroll reports and full & final settlements
Book payroll-related accruals (bonuses, incentives, restructuring
Manage benefits accounting (401(k), insurance, pensions, etc.)
What Were Looking For:
38 years of experience in Tax/GL/Payroll accounting
Proficiency in Excel and accounting/tax tools
Detail-oriented, analytical, and self-driven
Qualification: MBA/M.Com (Finance), CA, or CMA
Be part of a high-impact finance team working across time zones and regulations!
