Job Description
- Manage the PL of the client account, Building and maintaining relationships with the client leadership and established as first point of contact for clients to seek advice, identify new business opportunities Upsell, Cross-sell and renew, Providing strategic guidance to the client and help them make right decisions, Mange the quality delivery for client, Managing projects to ensure delivery to promise and improve client satisfaction on a regular basis, Work with sales and wider teams to grow the account year on Year.
- A senior executive in a consulting firm who is responsible for managing relationships with key clients
- Effectively build and maintain client relationships understanding their needs and goals, communicating effectively, and ensure delivery to meet/exceed their expectations
- Identifying new business opportunities with existing and supporting potential clients Perform market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing proposals and pitches to win new business.
- Managing consulting engagements with clients. Ensure the team delivers high-quality work, manages budgets and timelines, and ensures the client is satisfied.
- Providing thought leadership and industry expertise to clients by sharing insights and best practices, conducting research, and helping clients to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
- Managing resources to ensure that the needs of clients are met, collaborating with COEs to ensure the right people are assigned to engagements.
- Ensuring profitability, by managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that work is being done efficiently.
- Candidate should be Financials functional with in-depth knowledge of the customizations and bolt-ons, in addition to Architectural aspects of Oracle Fusion Financials.
- The candidate should be ready to work on Winfo Payroll in USA and should be at the client location.
- The candidate will be responsible for client relationships and will be reporting to the Offshore Delivery Lead.
