Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience in recruiting for technical roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology and programming languages, and the ability to source candidates effectively through various job portals and networks.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, network)
Conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Education Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting or relevant experience in a similar role.

Skills :

Strong understanding of technical roles and skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Strong organizational and time management skills
