Job Description Summary
Employees in this role define and use design documentation, functional programming specifications, and high level design documents to implement identified components. Ensure implemented components are documented appropriately, unit tested, and ready for integration into the final product. Present/demonstrate implemented product features through playback sessions as required. Provide fixes to defects identified during pre-production and post-production phases in the software development life cycle. Provide work estimates for assigned development work. Guide and explain features, functional objectives, or technologies that are being built to interested parties.

Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. 1. Design and Development:
Expertise in design and develop efficient end-to-end web based application.
Design and implement micro-services based solutions and strategy.
Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java, J2EE, JSF, Spring Boot.
Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following angular and react.js workflows.
2. Code Review and Quality:
Deliver quality code including reliability, efficiency, security, maintainability, and usability by applying best practices.
3. Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and challenges.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and find solutions that elevate the user experience.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.
4. Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize development efficiency and software quality.
Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the growth of the development team.
Technical Skill
Expertise in following technical areas is MUST.
1. Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java, J2EE.
2. Hands on experience in Spring, Spring Boot.
3. Proficiency In Microservices based application development and RESTful APIs.
4. Excellent knowledge on Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (Hibernate), PostgreSQL.
5. Hands on experience In JavaScript, CSS, HTML and front-end languages.
6. Hands on experience in GIT, Maven.
7. Hands on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
8. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Other Skill
In-depth understanding of SDLC life Cycle.
Code Quality and other quality framework.
Good communication skills.
