Job Description:
You will be responsible for Customer Renewal / Upgrade by managing the complete lifecycle of customers (from onboarding to user activation to renewal / upgrade). Since we have a channel network, you will work with partners across India and ensure that our goals are achieved. You are results-driven, and excited about building an incredibly successful servicing engine alongside a fast-growing team.


1. Retention Strategy and Execution: Identify, develop processes, plan & execute for growth of the following -

    • Renewal / Upgrade %
    • % of Channel Partners Achieving Their Renewal Upgrade Targets
    • Cost Per Renewal / Upgrade

2. Data Orientation:

    • Simplify user data to create actionable insights for personalized experiences.
    • Harness the power of data to identify actionable insights, proactively address customer churn, and capitalize on missed upsell opportunities

3. Revenue Innovation:

    • Develop and optimize alternate revenue channels to enhance the customer lifecycle.
    • Drive monthly GMV growth through innovative strategies and effective channel management.

4. Brand Awareness:

    • Implement loyalty point system to improve ROI.
    • Monitor and analyze program performance to enhance user engagement.
    • Lead multi-channel lifecycle marketing to drive awareness and conversion across business verticals

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Build strong relationships with our partners, actively collaborating with their teams to streamline processes and enhance renewal and upsell capabilities

Skill Sets / Requirements:

  • Analytical, process oriented & data-driven - able to derive insights from data to drive informed decisions
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of customer needs and behavior
  • Good people and process management capabilities
