Role & responsibilities:
You will be responsible for acquiring New Customers by building a solid inside sales team and setting up the right systems that foster high lead conversion rates. You are results-driven, and excited about building an incredibly successful sales engine alongside a fast-growing team

- Hire, Train, Retain a team of high caliber people
- Performance Management
Preferred candidate profile:
- Good at creating scalable sales processes & their implementation
- Good people and team management capabilities
- High achievement orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes
- Sound understanding of Inside Sales operations.
