Job Description

 

  • The Functional Consultant will apply advanced process analysis skills, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance capabilities, and an understanding of client requirements gathered using strong business, Finance functional and basic technical consulting skills to design and implement proven solutions that address client business challenges
  • The incumbent must possess deep knowledge of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution areas, specifically in the areas of Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain
  • The candidate will have around years of experience in implementing (Must have done /involved full life cycle end-to-end implementation) in Microsoft Dynamics Finance and will be skilled at communicating and demonstrating the value of Dynamics solutions to our clients with the goal of delivering solution designs to deliver business value

    • Skills and attributes

      1. Functional knowledge in core Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Banking, Cost accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Account Consolidation, Budgeting, Expense Management, Project Management.
      2. Act as a client discovery lead: learn the most important client challenges and needs and uncover those problems that are unspoken, and ultimately establish a proposed solution that will enable them to achieve their goals.
      3. Utilize a deep knowledge of financial processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration, Testing the solution, UAT, User training and delivering.
      4. Microsoft Dynamics D365 Functional Certifications highly desirable including:
    • a.Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
    • b.MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
    • c.MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations

      • 5. Understanding of emerging Microsoft technologies; Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data Lake, DevOps, RSAT
      6. Working experience with Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
      7. Experience with Finance process design and leading practices, including demonstrated experience in process documentation / process improvement within the Finance function.
