We are hiring for VisaProcessingExecutive

Position:VisaProcessingExecutive
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 2+ years
Work Mode: 5 days a week from office
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 30 days only

Key Responsibilities:
Handle business visa processing for US (B1) and non-US (Europe & APAC) countries
Guide employees on documentation, DS160 forms, and visa formalities
Conduct compliancechecks and travelbriefings
Manage immigration systems (COMPASS), MIS reports, and record-keeping
Address helpdesk queries and coordinate exit clearances

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any stream
Experience with visa agents, VFS/ BLS agencies, or travel/ visa consulting
Proficient in MSExcel & PowerPoint
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
