Visual Designer @ Spring Computing

Job Description

• Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications


• Develop mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas


• Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and design standards


• Work closely with UX designers to translate user research and feedback into practical
  design solutions


• Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs


• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies


• Keep updated about developments in the field of AI and using it to enhance and
  expedite designs


• Prepare and maintain design specifications, style guides, and other documentation to
  support the design process


• Ensure that all design deliverables are well-documented and easily accessible

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts


• 2-4 years of experience in visual design, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment


• Strong portfolio showcasing the design work and demonstrating your process


• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is mandatory


• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout


• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus


• Good communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
