Hiring Service Engineer for a Leading @ Mukul Consultants

Job Description

• Engineers/Technicians for our Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service locations. Our company repairs equipment in restaurants, hotels, and institutions covering all states in India.
• We also provide preventative maintenance, installations, and training programs. To be part of the Apollo Kitchen Equipments Team we would like candidate to have experience in:
• Customer service with a smile
• Service on Commercial Kitchen equipment, refrigeration or HVAC equipment
• Executing repairs
• Performing preventative maintenance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Properly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and/or HVAC equipment

• Communicate with dispatch upon arrival/departure from assignment
• Effective communication skills with internal and external customers of various levels and job
• function (dispatchers, parts agent, customers, General Managers, suppliers)
• Must be available for overtime calls and weekend service schedules
• Responsible for return of parts to warranty department.
