Job Description

What is the job description of cargo operations Prepare international shipments for customs by ensuring proper tariffs are completed and attached. Decide on shipping methods and routes for cargo. Advise clients regarding payment options for cargo and assist with cargo booking inquiries. Prepare all required bills for landing and any other documents as required. Participates in and directs the loading of various types of cargo including shipments, belongings, and materials, so that cargo space is used efficiently. Oversees and leads the loading, unloading, securing, or staging of aircraft cargo or baggage by ground crews. What is airport cargo handling With so much air cargo being shipped worldwide and so many different parties involved in the supply chain, it is important to take a look at cargo handling for air transport. Cargo handling is the segment of the supply chain which processes goods landside in the cargo facility.
