SFMC functional Consultant / Sr. Business Analyst

Experience - 5+ Years

Location - Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurugram

Role & responsibilities

SFMC functional expertise

Familiar with marketing campaigns run via SFMC

Knowledge of Treasure Data CDP can be aided with training. But some CDP foundation knowledge required.

Good communication skills (used to working in global teams UK and US)

Able to translate requirements into a clear technology/technical backlog

Evidence of working in an environment where prioritisation of activities across multiple markets is required working with the Technical and Offshore leads.

Deep SFMC functional expertise / Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification

Hands-on experience on SFMC platform with Email Studio, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, writing SQL queries

Delivered marketing campaigns run via SFMC

Knowledge of Treasure Data CDP can be aided with training. But some CDP foundation knowledge required.

Good communication skills (used to working in global teams UK and US multiple time zones)
