Job Description
We re looking to hire senior PHP developers with the career experience necessary to be a strong team lead. While the ideal candidate would meet all of the listed requirements, any highly experienced developer is a good candidate.
Roles & Responsibilities - Work closely with the IT team in completing projects
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues relating to PHP programs
- Ensure smooth operations of web processes and infrastructure
- Create scripts to facilitate client systems to meet performance and objectives
- Test and develop software for client applications
- Create documentation for software created
- Utilize source debuggers and write or modify
- client software Produce results effectively and within the deadlines set
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
- Previous experience of leading a software development team is a plus.
- Good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript is a must.
- Previous working experience on a PHP MVC framework such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, or Zend is preferable.
- Experience in developing high-end web applications in PHP, MySQL, along with the use of AJAX and API integration is a plus.
- A good understanding of HTML5 and CSS.
- In-depth knowledge of MySQL, including database design and structuring, performance optimization, stored procedures, and triggers.
- A background in using Linux environments ( Experience with both Debian and RHEL based distros is preferred).
- Knowledge of e-commerce shopping cart development with shipping and payment gateway integration.
- Good skills with JavaScript and at least one JavaScript framework is required, preferably jQuery or AngularJS.
- Work experience with repository management and version control systems (preferably GIT).
- Any certification in a relevant field is preferred.
- Knowledge of UX/UI patterns
- Mentoring and leadership experience with team members
- International professional certificates (PSPO, PSM, etc.).
- Commercial experience in domains - FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, Enterprise.
