Job Description
- Administer and manage Power BI (PBI) environments.
- Collaborate with the PBI Admin team to ensure seamless platform operations and address any issues that arise.
- Implement and manage DevOps practices for Databricks, ensuring efficient and reliable data processing workflows.
- Create Deployment Pipelines, manage CI/CD with GIT integration.
- Create Power Automate flows.
- Experienced in working with Power APPS.
- Create applications to monitor and schedule Power BI refreshes at custom intervals, monitor Semantic models performance.
- Develop and maintain operations reporting tools, including usage reports, model reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor platform performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Automate and streamline operations and processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on platform administration and DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues in a timely manner.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in platform administration and DevOps development.
- Strong experience with Power BI (PBI) administration and management.
- Proficiency in building operations reporting tools, such as usage reports and model reports.
- Experience with Databricks and implementing DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with other data analytics and visualization tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
