Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly skilled RPA Automation Anywhere Developer with extensive experience in automating business processes using A360.
- The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in A360 features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Basic knowledge in .Net development along with SQL knowledge.
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions that streamline business workflows, reduce manual efforts, and optimize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist design, development, and deployment of advanced automation workflows using Automation Anywhere.
- Implement best practices in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), including error handling, logging, exception handling and Credential activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse and understand automation requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
- Use various features like Database, API, Recorder and SAP Application, Control room, Deployment work to build robust and scalable automation solutions.
- To convert existing automation solutions to Reusable bot.
- Integrate automation with external systems and applications through APIs, web services, and databases.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to business users and junior developers on using and maintaining the automated workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest Automation Anywhere releases, features, and advancements in the RPA domain.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including process maps, workflows, and technical designs for the automation solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Automation Anywhere (Advanced): Strong experience in Automation Anywhere A360, Control room, and Robot deployment.
- Expertise in key features like Data Scraping, SAP, PDF Automation, Email Automation, Database, Excel, and Error Handling.
- Proficiency in creating reusable components, using the Robot Framework, and implementing custom activities in A360.
- Good understanding of exception handling, logging, and error recovery mechanisms. Experience integrating A360 with databases and external systems through REST APIs, SOAP services, and SQL.
- Ability to create and manage credentials and create the scheduler in the A360 control room.
- Experience working with PDF and SAP automation.
- Knowledge of OCR and VBA is a plus.
- Experience in SDD and Creation of Runbooks.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
- Addressing issues encountered by users.
- Multi-talented skill to manage multiple bots.
- SQL: Strong knowledge of database management and creating optimized queries to interact with automation workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in A360 development, with a focus on designing, Code Review and deploying automation solutions.
- A360 Advanced Certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of RPA best practices, methodologies, and lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
