Big basket is hiring!Position : Replenishment Management .
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Replenishment Manager to oversee the
replenishment strategies for our Quick Commerce business. As a key member of our
Category team, the Replenishment Manager will be responsible for optimizing inventory
management, ensuring timely product availability, and enhancing the overall replenishment
process in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. The ideal candidate will have
experience in supply chain management, data-driven decision-making, and operational
efficiency, with a strong focus on managing quick delivery cycles and meeting the demands
of our fast-growing customer base.
Location - Bangalore.Required Education and Experience: MBA with 3 to 7+ years of experience in category management.
Preferred: Candidates from E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, industries would be preferred.Job Role: Key Responsibilities:
Replenishment Strategy Development: Develop and implement replenishment strategies
for inventory across various categories, ensuring stock levels align with sales forecasts,
market trends, and customer demand. Create efficient processes for managing stock
levels across different warehouses or fulfillment centres, ensuring optimal inventory
turnover and product availability.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while
minimizing overstock and stockouts. Manage product assortment and replenishment
planning to ensure optimal product mix and availability for high-demand products.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records: Use data analytics
tools to track performance and adjust replenishment schedules to maximize sales and
customer satisfaction. Analyze replenishment performance, providing regular reports and
key performance indicators (KPIs) related to stock levels, order fulfillment, and inventory
turnover. Provide actionable insights to leadership based on performance data and
market trends to refine replenishment strategies.
Additional Skills -
Experience with quick commerce platforms or businesses operating in rapid-delivery
spaces.
Familiarity with advanced supply chain tools, forecasting software, and automated
replenishment systems.
Project management experience and familiarity with agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, especially within urban markets.
