We are hiring skilled professionals for Email Support in the Aviation Process. If you have experience in aviation-related customer support within a BPO setup, and possess strong communication skills, this is your opportunity to join a growing team.

Role & Responsibilities


  • Handle customer queries and concerns related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and baggage via email support
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and high-quality service in line with process guidelines and SLAs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues within timelines
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication at all times
  • Follow escalation procedures as needed

Candidate Eligibility Criteria


  • Education: Graduation in any stream
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in an Aviation Process within the BPO industry (Mandatory)
  • Skill Set: Excellent English communication (B2 level or above)
  • Process Type: Email Support only
  • Shifts: 24x7 Rotational (must be open to night shifts)
  • Week Offs: Rotational
  • Cab Facility: One-side cab during odd hours (between 7:00 PM 6:00 AM)
  • Process Operating Hours: 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM

Preferred Candidate Profile


  • Prior experience in airline or travel domain support
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email platforms
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
