Job Description
- The Impact you will createWe are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Director - Implementation to lead large-scale solution deployments of our AI/ML SaaS products for global customers from our offshore delivery center
- You will manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring robust project delivery, seamless client onboarding, and enterprise-grade solution architecture while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success
- This is a pure delivery role (no direct sales quotas) but demands strong collaboration with Pre-Sales and Product teams to ensure client needs are translated into successful implementations
- Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery Client Implementation Lead the offshore delivery of AI/ML-based SaaS product implementations, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery
- Drive large-scale enterprise deployments, managing project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee program governance weekly project reviews, escalation management, and executive reporting
- Ensure the realization of business outcomes and measurable value for the client
- Solution Architecture and Technical Oversight Lead the solution design and enterprise architecture aspects during the pre-sales and implementation phases
- Work with internal Product and Data Science teams to guide technical delivery aligned with client requirements and best practices
- Own the design validation, technical readiness, and deployment planning of solutions
- Pre-Sales and Solution Support Partner with Pre-sales teams to provide solutioning support, including effort estimations, proposal preparation, and technical documentation
- Engage in client conversations to understand requirements and design scalable, future-proof solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert during client presentations and workshops
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management Serve as the offshore delivery owner for client programs ensuring a seamless and consistent client experience
- Build deep client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor during implementations and post-go-live phases
- Collaborate closely with onshore client service teams to align implementation success metrics with broader client goals
- Operational Excellence Set up and continuously improve delivery frameworks, best practices, and methodologies for implementation projects
- Mentor and lead a team of program managers, solution architects, and implementation consultants
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery excellence, operational metrics, and client satisfaction
- What Makes You a Great Fit 12+ years of experience in client delivery, solution architecture, program management, or consulting within SaaS, analytics, or enterprise technology companies
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) and enterprise delivery frameworks
- Experience working in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Pricing and Promotion
- Experience in Pre-sales support crafting proposals, RFP responses, and effort estimations
- Excellent client-facing skills, including executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Prior experience working with global clients, with a focus on offshore delivery models
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- MBA preferred Knowledge of retail, CPG, or manufacturing industries is a strong advantage
