Job Description
- Quality Audit Execution:
- Conduct audits on operational processes, product quality, service delivery, and compliance with established quality standards.
- Review organizational procedures, documents, and records to ensure they adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis for identified quality issues and suggest corrective and preventive actions.
- Compliance and Standardization:
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or other quality management systems) and company policies.
- Monitor adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards and report any deviations.
- Evaluate vendor and supplier quality control processes, ensuring they meet the organizations quality requirements.
- Risk Identification and Management:
- Identify risks associated with non-compliance to quality standards, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain a risk register and update it regularly with findings from audits.
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance quality across operations.
- Recommend best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to increase process efficiency, product/service quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Audit Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings to management and stakeholders, and provide actionable recommendations for quality improvement.
- Follow-up and Corrective Action:
- Ensure that corrective actions from audits are implemented and follow-up audits are conducted to verify improvements.
- Track the progress of corrective actions and their effectiveness over time.
- Training and Development:
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality training programs for employees.
- Educate staff on quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with production, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure consistent application of quality procedures.
- Act as a liaison between departments to foster a culture of quality and compliance.
