Job Description

Manage the Preferred Success product and delivery health, focusing on key business metrics including velocity, adoption, consumption, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), and commercial components Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for SAP Preferred Success based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, industry insights, and marketing intelligence
Enhance Preferred Success offerings by introducing new and refreshed capabilities to enable entry into new markets and deliver unparalleled customer value
Ensure that our Customer Success Partner community has access to the necessary expertise to effectively position, plan, order, and fulfill Preferred Success services
Collaborate to secure the supply chain of service by driving improvements in the adoption of our services.

What You Bring:
To excel in this role, you should have: Associate Certification in at least one SAP Ariba/Fieldglass solution, with a deep understanding of the full ISBN suite.
The ability to assess capabilities in the context of supporting procurement customer business requirements.
Experience in the development, support, implementation, or enablement of ISBN line of business capabilities.
Knowledge and experience with SAP Cloud offerings, specifically SAP Preferred Success.
A customer success-driven mindset and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
