We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate - Logistics The Logistic Process Developer is responsible for supporting the Logistics Analyst in monitoring and optimizing the movement of goods across the supply chain. This role involves ensuring timely delivery, identifying potential issues or delays, and facilitating efficient problem resolution by coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The Logistic Process Developer also contributes to process improvements by leveraging data and technology to enhance overall logistics performance. Responsibilities Assistance with Tracking and Tracing Shipments: Aid in monitoring the location and status of shipments throughout the supply chain. Update and maintain tracking information in the companys systems. Collaborate with carriers and drivers to confirm shipment locations and status. Support the management of shipment portfolios, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency. Customer and Team Communication: Provide timely and accurate updates to internal teams and customers regarding shipment status and any delays. Assist in addressing inquiries from customers and resolving issues related to logistics operations. Data Management and Documentation: Ensure the accuracy of records related to shipments and their status. Enter and verify logistics data in the companys systems. Prepare and assist with shipping documents, labels, and other necessary paperwork. Problem Identification and Resolution: Proactively identify discrepancies or inefficiencies in shipment processes and escalate them to the Logistics Analyst. Suggest and implement improvements to existing logistics workflows. Collaborative Process Improvement: Work closely with the Logistics Analyst to develop and enhance processes that improve material delivery timelines and efficiency. Contribute to generating reports and leveraging data to identify areas for optimization. Additional Responsibilities: Coordinate with departments like warehousing and transportation to ensure seamless operations. Assist in inventory management activities as needed. Support compliance with shipping regulations and documentation standards. Required Skills Sound knowledge MS-Excel Experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Proficiency in supply chain tracking tools and software (e.g., ERP, TMS, Brokerage applications). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle a high volume of shipments and inquiries. Experience with data entry and record-keeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Need I Speak (6 to 7) Preferred Skills Experience with supply chain visibility platforms. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Understanding of logistics and transportation networks. Qualifications we seek in you!
