Job Description
- Operate Hexagon CMM Scanning Machine to perform accurate measurements.
- Perform regular calibration and maintenance checks on the CMM machine.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure correct measurement parameters.
- Measure and inspect parts or components as per company requirements and quality standards.
- Perform routine checks, ensure machines are in optimal working condition, and troubleshoot when necessary.
- Document measurement results and maintain records for quality control purposes.
- Work in a team-oriented environment and communicate findings with supervisors.
- Follow safety and operational protocols while using the equipment.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in operating CMM machines (preferably Hexagon CMM scanning machines).
- Skills: Familiarity with CMM software, measurement techniques, and quality control processes.
- Education: ITI
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
