Job Description
- Lead and Manage cross-functional teams to deliver on Project objectivise and milestones.
- Monitor Project progress against established project timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Manage project budget, resources and timelines to meet project objectives and customer expectations.
- Good knowledge in electronic components/systems.
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform testing.
- Experience in Hardware testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with debugging/troubleshooting.
- Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes.
- In-depth understanding of technical documentation, Prepare Acceptance test plan & test reports.
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities with a good handle on electronic fundamentals.
- Capable of applying knowledge to identify hardware issues and propose solutions.
- Capable in understanding PCB schematics and layout files.
- Set and track testing goals.
- Coordinate with external suppliers/vendors.
- Good Experience in PCB assembly, Knowledge in Environmental tests.
- Self-driven, ability to work independently and team contributor.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Education/Qualification
- Diploma, BE - (Electrical, electronics) or any equivalent degree
