Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership:
- Drive the architectural strategy for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Mentor and lead engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Web and Mobile Development:
- Design and develop intuitive, high-performance web applications using React and Remix .
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter , React Native , or native technologies (iOS/Android).
- Ensure smooth integration and consistent user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Problem Solving:
- Tackle complex challenges in performance optimization, security, and scalability.
- Implement innovative solutions for multi-platform applications with a focus on responsive and adaptive designs.
- Tooling Framework Expertise:
- Use modern tools for build optimization, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Leverage state management and navigation libraries effectively for both web and mobile.
- Security Compliance:
- Ensure secure coding practices for both web and mobile applications.
- Handle sensitive data and authentication flows securely across platforms.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and QA, to deliver features that delight users.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Frontend Expertise:
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) , TypeScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 .
- Advanced knowledge of React , Remix , and their ecosystems.
- Experience with mobile development using Flutter , React Native , or native platforms (Swift/Kotlin/Java) .
- Hands-on expertise in state management tools like Redux, Zustand, MobX, or Context API.
- Mobile Development:
- Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, performance tuning, and native module integration.
- Familiarity with platform-specific features like gestures, push notifications, and offline storage.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to design solutions for complex, multi-platform systems.
- Proven experience in debugging and optimizing applications for both web and mobile.
- Security Awareness:
- Solid knowledge of secure coding principles for web and mobile platforms.
- Experience with authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect) and secure data handling.
- Professional Experience:
- 10+ years in frontend and mobile development, with a focus on building scalable, performant, and secure applications.
- Leadership experience in engineering teams with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with React Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Remix Server Components .
- Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets).
- Knowledge of cloud-based deployment and hosting for mobile and web applications.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerization (e.g., Docker)
