Job Title: Project Executive (Fabric/Textile)
Location: Domlur, Bangalore
Experience: 2 - 5 Years

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Executive to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and timely sourcing of fabrics for our apparel production. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fabric types, pricing structures, and vendor management in the textile or fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and develop new fabrics aligned with product and market needs
- Manage relationships with mills and suppliers (domestic & international)
- Handle price negotiations, cost sheets, and budget alignment
- Ensure timely sampling and bulk delivery to meet production deadlines
- Evaluate vendor performance and onboard new vendors as required
- Collaborate with the design and production teams for fabric suitability
- Maintain a fabric library and supplier database for reference
- Stay updated with fabric innovations, market trends, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree / diploma in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in fabric sourcing and vendor management
- Strong knowledge of fabric types, blends, and construction (woven/knit)
- Proficient in cost negotiation, vendor evaluation, and supply chain processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with Excel, ERP systems, or sourcing platforms
- Understanding of tech packs and apparel production cycles
