Responsibilities :
Providing optometric services including eye examinations, prescribing glasses or contact lenses, and detecting eye diseases.
Conducting refraction, transposition, and other optometry tests to determine visual acuity and perception.
Delivering excellent customer service by addressing patients' needs and concerns with professionalism.
Collaborating with the front office team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Optometry or relevant field.
Strong skills in optometry, refraction, and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
0-9 years of experience in optometry practice, with a focus on customer service.
Additional skills :
Familiarity with front office operations is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in managing junior customer service representatives is desirable.
