Position- Manager Operation/ BPO Manager Ops.

Salary- 40K to 50k Inhand + Medical

Note- Minimum 2 years worked in Manager Profile (On Paper).

Job Role

• Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve are improving process, performance, productivity, and efficiency of the team through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
• Responsible for service delivery excellence, Process streamlining.
• Min 2 year Manager Operation
• Manage BPO team, center management
• SLA, AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage, rostering, process management.

Required Candidate profile

• MBA with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Manager operation/Manager -OPS from any Domestic Voice process.
• Non-BPO experienced profiles will not be considered.
• Good communication, Analytical, and leadership skills. Non-BPO experienced profiles will not be considered.

Qualification- Graduate/MBA
